Scope of Services

The Company provides Website Design & Development, Software Development, RCS (Rich Communication Services) Development, and related digital solutions as agreed upon with the client.

Project Requirements

The client shall provide all necessary content, documents, credentials, approvals, and information required for the successful completion of the project. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

. Payment Terms

A mutually agreed advance payment must be made before project commencement.
Remaining payments shall be made according to the agreed milestones or project completion schedule.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Project Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and third-party dependencies. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe.

Revisions and Changes

The client is entitled to revisions as agreed during the project scope. Any additional requirements or modifications beyond the approved scope may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables shall be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.

RCS Services Compliance

Clients utilizing RCS services must comply with all applicable telecom regulations, messaging guidelines, anti-spam policies, and operator requirements. The Company shall not be responsible for message rejections or suspensions due to policy violations by the client.

Third-Party Services

The client is responsible for fees related to domain registration, hosting, SMS gateways, RCS platforms, APIs, cloud services, or any third-party software unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance services are provided only if included in the agreement or purchased separately. Any additional support requests may be billed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the delivered solutions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, business, technical, or customer information shared during the course of the project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date shall be chargeable and payable by the client.
